This is very neat! I don't know much about the character if it's from any fandom, but I will do my best with the drawing!

First off, your technique and your style is clear, and you're obviously very confident when it comes to line work. You held the proportions of a human face in check, and nothing seems out of place. The shading is smooth and consistent, which lends clarity to the piece.

The only thing I could suggest tweaking is the jawline. It may be just me, or the jawline seems a little too sharp, and maybe the shading of the neck could darken enough to meet it? That's really the only thing I have to suggest. well done!
